$150 + HST per player- includes golf, power cart, dinner and potential prizes.
On September 9th, 2011 at 1pm, I will be hosting a golf tournament to raise funds and awareness for Autism Canada. The tournament is taking place at the Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club in Coquitlam. We have great prizes and sponsors lined up including a chance at a new car for a hole-in-one. The tournament is a Texas Scramble fun event so you don’t have to be the best golfer in the world to take part. I will be inviting many of my contacts from wesleybehan.com and I will be hosting along side my friends at Best Quality Roofing (bcroofing.ca)
If you are interested in playing in the tournament, please contact me via email for details, or contact Lisa at (604) 716-5325 to register.
My sister and I had lunch in gastown and shot this quick video to tell you about how you can score a free iPad 2. Sorry about the glare on the iPad, but it was just way too nice out to not shoot outside. Every day I am discovering new ways to utilize my iPad and I am excited to share them with you. This first one is pretty basic. Using Google Street View to navigate your way around neighborhoods of potential properties. It is especially useful for my clients when it is raining (and it does sometimes in Vancouver). Rather than walk around the neighborhood getting soaked, cozy up to the fireplace and scope out your new neighborhood on my iPad. Location is crucial in Real Estate and knowing the neighborhood and the location of the closest schools, transit, shopping, entertainment and amenities can be important.
Wanna score a free iPad 2? Any referrals you send my way that result in a sale will get you a free iPad 2. No questions asked. Contact me for details.

The Real Estate market in Vancouver is showing a slight shift. The end of the summer is usually when things start to slow down a little. More camping trips, baseball tournaments and bbq’s to attend than open houses.
We are starting to see a more balanced market, particularly for downtown Vancouver condos. There are more and more homes being listed for sale and they aren’t quite selling as fast as they have recently. We are also starting to see less competing offers and bidding wars.
Interest rates still remain low making it a great time for Buyer’s to be selective in the property they choose and take the ample amount of time to make informed decisions.
The stats from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for the month of July 2011 showed that on average, it takes 41 days to sell a property in the lower mainland right now. Keep in mind, that is for the lower mainland and not particular to downtown condos.
Three friends and I made our way to Scottsdale, Arizona in search of summer desert golf. We stayed at the Westin Kierland Resort which had a great golf course of it’s own and a great pool. The weather was hot and the golf was unreal.
