New Construction in Burnaby
Burnaby’s residential condo market is growing at a rapid pace. Living in the Brentwood area for the past few years, I have had a bird’s eye view of the exciting new construction in the area. The Brentwood Gate development is now complete and offers an extremely high number of units.
From Gilmore and Dawson in the Brentwood area moving east, there have been many successful condo projects completed in the past few years. Tandem, OMA, Renaissance Towers, Grand Marquis, Watercolors, Collage, Montage, Brentwood Gate, Memento, Legacy.
More recently, as construction continues to move east, the Perspectives tower by Ledingham McAllister was recently completed. Construction is also now underway at the new “Two Tower” Affinity project by Bosa.
Brentwood has experienced most of the construction boom as of late, but South Burnaby has been keeping pace and recently added Centrepoint as a staple near Metrotown redefining the Burnaby skyline.
