The Perspectives tower being constructed by Ledingham McAllister near Brentwood Mall in Burnaby is truly a sight to behold and I am lucky enough to watch it’s development from my patio. The project will be 29 stories high upon it’s completion and will add to the rapidly expanding Brentwood area of Burnaby.

Ledingham McAllister has numerous projects in the Brentwood area alone and most are complete including Brentwood Gate, The Varley and one of my faves Memento which is located on the South side of Lougheed at Beta. It is a smaller low rise wood frame complex that is brand new and has great floor plans. There are a few units left at memento so email me if you’d like a price sheet and floor plans.

Perspectives is located just East of Brentwood Mall on the South side of lougheed Highway. If you’d like a digital view, check out “Google Street View” and you can navigate your way around the construction site. The location is at the intersection of Delta and Lougheed, Burnaby, BC. The tower will offer one to three bedroom units with chef inspired kitchens and views in virtually every direction.

The Brentwood area of Burnaby has grown at a fiery pace over the past few years and has increased the number of residential units by a large percentage. With that comes new amenities including more Starbucks:), banks, schools, shopping, convenience etc. With prices in Vancouver being as high as they are, many buyers are making their way to Burnaby and taking advantage of easy transit and commutes. I can vouch and say that I’m at my office in Vancouver in 15 minutes (with no traffic).
