RE/MAX Coaching Seminar With Joe Neigo

This week was a busy one, as my team and I hit up a few networking breakfasts in Vancouver and Surrey B.C. The first was Monday at the H.R. MacMillan Space Center. There were numerous businesses including interior designers, mortgage broker’s and home stager’s on hand, showing us Realtors how they can assist us in providing our clients with even more services. We were then treated to an excellent presentation from a gentleman from CMHC. (The Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation). He provided us with excellent statistics from last years real estate market, and provided some insight as to what we might expect in 2008. An estimated 50,000 people are expected to move to British Columbia in 2008, with about 40,000 of those moving to the lower mainland. On Tuesday, we attended a coaching breakfast at the Sheraton Guildford Hotel. The coaching was put on by Buffini and Company. The company is made up of a great team of successful Realtors that coach realtors and share some of their insight and knowledge based on their experience. Joe Neigo was on hand to give the presentation, and kept us all in stitches with his sense of humour. Joe was drafted second pick by the Houston Rockets of the NBA, before becoming a successful Realtor in Chicago IL. Both days were a great opportunity to network with other realtors, and it was a lot of fun and educational at the same time.
